This course is intended for leaders who are seeking to expand their leadership capacity through a fast-track overview covering technical coaching skills from an ICF perspective.
In the rapidly changing workplace, there is growing demand for coaching leaders rather than the traditional command-and-control model. Effective coaching strategies focus on helping individuals improve their skills and performance. Coaching skills of an organization's leadership can be effective in the workplace to improve employee morale and help companies achieve their goals and objectives. The leaders' coaching skills will directly impact productivity and the ultimate success of a team or company.

Incorporating a coaching approach into your leadership strategy can help your employees, teams and organization to improve culture, employee satisfaction and productivity.
This is a perfect introductory course that prepares participants to:

Program can be completed over 3 months or on the fast track in 6 weeks. This course qualifies for 30 ICF CCEs
